    1. Because 99% of young adults don’t even buy furniture. Half the rooms I see on reddit have a 5K PC setup and no bedframe. Young people don’t value nice furniture because they don’t have the money to afford it.

The difference is that it used to be relatively affordable but domestic factories no longer benefit from economies of scale (especially vs their overseas competitors) because the supply chain has been hollowed out. Prices for "good furniture" keep rising while production continues to shrink so it's a compounding problem.

    We stop at the gas station and I spent like 5 minutes looking for gummy sharks because and to quote drunk me “I don’t want fuggin gummy bears. Sharks have marshmallow and are better” and she said “wow dude, you’re really serious about gummy sharks” and so it became an inside joke where every time we went to a convenience store, she’d ask me if I wanted gummy sharks. I don’t know, I just thought that was a funny story.

            If you mean how the System Shock remaster is? It’s an incredible immersive sim. I still like 2 better, but the remake of 1 is really cool Cyberpunk and for people who have never played it (literally anybody not born after 1994 because playing OG System Shock 1 is like playing an early PS1 game with your head shoved into a Mac desktop) it’s a must have. It’s constantly on sale too.

In Silksong, you have a spool of silk in place of your soul container and you need it totally filled up to heal yourself instead of increments like in the OG. You can upgrade the spool and find different crests to change the way how heal, move and carry tools but most of them are pretty well hidden. I only found a single one of them during my play and there's like 8

        Their investigations of phantoms overlap with a case one of the agents worked 7 years ago of a serial killer when his signature MO shows up again. And one of the agents is an experimental AI agent that is adding information to a database called M.I.N.Y.V.A so they can create a police state.
