  123. Today I went back to the main quests and retrieved another one of those subsystems this time Poseidon. It was in a ruined Las Vegas that looked to be in even worse shape than in Fallout lol

    But these main story missions are so fucking good. I genuinely think this might have been a 10/10 mission. When it ended and I returned to the surface I had this genuine sense of awe that’s so rare. This game fucks so hard. I wasn’t quite sure before but I feel safe to say this is even better than the original for PS4.

Only 4 exercises so whole thing should only take 30-45 minutes including stretches and warm up/down and some resting/doomscrolling in the middle. Only do 2 sets of each exercise, using the heaviest weights you can complete 6-10 reps of each with. Each time complete to failure (do them until you can't do them properly any more). For all the exercises you breathe out on the effort part, in on the reposition.

    5 Stretches to start, shoulders, biceps, chest, hamstrings, quads. Hold each stretch for 10 seconds where you can feel it, do each arm/leg as required.

    If you want to mix it up a little bit I personally do this for one day a week then swap out bench press for shoulder press/military press and squats for lunge squats for the second workout of the week.

I am naturally very slim, I have a very high metabolism, but since I started working out again in mid January I have just been using a mass gainer (in US terms it is considered a clean gainer) and creatine and I've put on roughly 22lb of muscle in that time. For naturally heavier guys that's not much but for someone like me it's been very quick.

          When I was a teenager it took me about 2 years to put on 30lb of muscle, for comparison.

    1. Lower back probably means that your sink is too low, but yes lots of stretching every day, before work, during breaks and after work will help to start with.

    I really dug the vibe and world of this show. I wasn’t on board with the whole multiple timelines gimmick but it toed together nicely at the end.

    This game has some of my favorite characters and writing in any VN (or games in general tbh) Date, Aiba, Iris, all really great characters. The game balances the humor with seriousness really well.
